Terms of Service

This page is a short summary. Your use of PNW Local is governed by the full PNW Small Business Terms of Service at pnwsmallbusiness.com/terms. If this summary and those Terms differ, those Terms apply.

Who we are

PNW Local is operated by PNW Small Business LLC and is the consumer side of PNWSmallBusiness.com, serving Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

What the app does

PNW Local helps you find local businesses, request quotes and browse deals and events. We are a directory and introduction service. We do not perform the work, set prices or guarantee outcomes.

Quote requests

When you submit a quote request, we share the details you provide with up to three matching businesses. Matching is based on location and category first. Paid placement never overrides a better match and is always labeled.

Listings and reviews

Business information is supplied by the businesses themselves. Badges such as "Licensed" and "Insured" reflect what a business has provided to PNW Small Business LLC and should be verified independently for important work.
